My experience

After graduating from Bachelor of Mental Health Nursing in 2017 in Hong Kong, I embarked on a rewarding career initiating from Acute Older Adult Inpatient Service in Hong Kong. Subsequently I gained valuable experience in Acute Adult Inpatient Service for early stage of my move to Melbourne. I also received lots of inspiration on service improvement and nurturing future workforce through my secondment in Practice Development Nurse (ECT and Clinical Safety) and Mental Health Education Team in St. Vincent's Hospital Melbourne. My experience allowed me to work in a fast-paced and challenging clinical environment, working with people from dynamic cultural and gender preferences, which honed my clinical skills, and developed a compassionate approach. Throughout my professional journey, I have discovered a true passion for sharing my clinical experiences and knowledge.
