About me

Project lead for the implementation of clinical supervision for Mental Health Nurses at Peninsula Health. Stuart supports Mental Health Nurses to provide safe and effective care through the development of high-quality clinical supervision, which has been developed in line with the Victorian clinical supervision framework.

My experience

Nursing since 2001, I have been a Mental Health Nurse for the past 15 years with experience working a varities of different with specialist focus on project management, learning and development.

My approach to supervision

My approach to clinical supervision is built on the 5 principles of clinical supervision as outlined with in the clincial supervision framework for Mental Health Nurses. I don't follow a particular model of supervision and adapt how my practice based on the supervisee's areas of focus or need.
