I am a mental health clinician and a certified Clinical Governance and Operational Executive, who is highly organized and committed to professionalism. I am a specialist in clinical supervision for mental health nurses and leadership/management coaching/mentorship for middle to senior management. I am an energetic performer with over 20 years of experience in the health industry, consistently cited for professionalism and progressive attitude.
I am a qualified professional who uses systematic improvement initiatives and ‘design thinking.’ I have been a mentor who uses psycho-dynamic, CBT Based or integrative models for clinical supervision, reflective practice and leadership development.

My current role/work
I am currently in a Executive leadership role responsible for Medical Operations Unit, Police Psychology Unit, Mental Health Centre of Excellence and Innovation and other wellbeing services within Victoria Police. The role is responsible for all operational and clinical Governance responsibilities for physical and mental health services provided to members of Victoria Police and their families.

My aim is to provide immediate learning outcomes and facilitate ongoing learning and development for all people who receive mentorship or supervision from me. I use evidence informed and current industry knowledge and experience as pert of my supervision style. .
