My approach to supervision
I provide clinical supervision using "systemic" and “ reflective practice” approaches, for individuals and groups. These models are wholistic and support thinking and learning and aim to create a confidential, safe and non-defensive space where the sharing of new ideas or group learning can occur for all participants. The models enable supervisees to think creatively, be insightful and to develop a process of critical enquiry.
