About me
I have extensive qualifications in Bachelor degrees of Nursing and Applied Science (Health Promotion), post graduate diploma in Mental Health Nursing, Master of Clinical Family Therapy, Multiple certificates in varies mental health related area such as drug and alcohol, clinical supervision, clinical risk assessments and Developmental Psychiatric Course.
I speak multilingual including Cantonese, Mandarin and HakKa that provides expert understanding of the Asian cohort that helps you to understand their cultural better. My multicultural background that enables me to practice cultural and trauma sensitive.
My experience
I have 16 years of mental health expertise in varies systems and roles including mental health clinical specialist for AOD, case coordinator, educator, supervisor, consultant and clinical family therapist in public health, private health, and non-for-profit organisation. I have sound knowledge in CBT, DBT, MT and FT.
I am experienced in both clinical and organisational level, which will be able to provide you in self-growth, clinical and leadership pathway guidance.
My current role/work
I am working as a Mental Health Clinical Nurse Consultant (MHCNC) for a non-for-profit organisation, and family therapist in a private practice. My daily role as a MHCNC including client case supervision and clinical education for staff, client case consultation on strategies development and care management plan review; I also provide group or individual supervision, organisational policy development and review.

My approach to supervision
Informal style approach to allow comfortable and relax to connect with me. To ensure supervisee feel safe to share some of their concerns. To allow time and space for self-reflection which helps to determine matter of concerns.
My value as a supervisor is to be able to help supervisee able to gain confidence in their practice, consolidate their knowledge and skills. Most importantly to assist supervisees to identify their weakness and strength, which allows clinician to become more self-aware while delivering treatment for clients.
